Samantha, the office manager, deals mostly with the Property Management and Rental side of the business, as well as ensuring that the office runs smoothly and takes great interest in matching clients up with their ideal property. David’s main focus is on land and local residential sales.

Boyle is a very historical town, located just off the N4, approx. 2.5 hours drive from Dublin and 30 minutes drive from Sligo. It also has the advantage of being on the main Bus and Train route to Dublin. The Boyle River, which flows through the town, links up, via Lough Key, with the Shannon-Erne Waterway System, giving fabulous scope to anyone interested in water based activities. Indeed, some of the best fishing waters in the country are located in this region. Golfers are also well catered for in this area — Boyle has a nine hole golf course and Carrick-on-Shannon’s newly extended 18 course is less than 10 minutes from the town.

A major feature to the area in general is the presence of Lough Key Forest Park, which is located on the outskirts of the town. Here one finds hundreds of acres of natural woodlands with beautiful lake shore walks. The addition of the Boda Berg Adventure House, a new tree-top walk and a beautiful new café lately, have greatly enhanced this marvellous facility.
